I am able to offer customers a personalised travel planning service, at a time and place to suit, plus give the peace of mind in knowing that their holiday bookings are protected. I am confident also that with the resources available at my disposal and the industry contacts I have made, whatever my customer\'s travel requirements and whatever the budget, I will be able to find the perfect holiday, whilst providing excellent service leaving them to relax and enjoy the journey.

My customers wish is my command, I am passionate about what I do, so I am always researching one destination or another. Whether it\'s an escape to the sun or a city break, a dream wedding or honeymoon, or even somewhere last minute, I endeavour to make sure my customer\'s needs are met so they can have a happy stress-free holiday.

I specialise in a variety of holiday types, from Caribbean beach holidays, European city breaks, Cruise & River Cruise, Luxury and Family Holidays.

I have always enjoyed travelling and taking in the sights and sounds of different destinations. I have organised many trips in the past for employers, friends and family and they always had great feedback afterwards, so when the opportunity came up for me to start my own travel agency I jumped at the chance and it has been I think, one of my better decisions.

I love the diversity of the travel industry, not just of the people but of the destinations and experiences you can have from around the world and planning these for customers. I like the excitement of preparing an itinerary that has just that something extra my client may not have thought of and being able to offer that.

I\'ve been to several destinations so far but one that stays in my memory is the Grand Canyons. It is as awesome as you may have seen and heard and when I saw it myself for the first time, it literally took my breath away. Sitting as I was able to do then, on a ridge taking in the peacefulness and taking in the vastness of it all will always stay with me.
